We ship worldwide, with exceptions. All shipments sent via Registered Air Mail. Tracking info is available. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks, however we allow up to 45 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order after 45 days from the original shipping date please contact us and the situation will be resolved.

Any unopened item can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a refund or store credit. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card or issue a store credit for the cost of the item. If the item was damaged when delivered or does not work properly, you may return it within 14 days for exchange for the same item.
